55 year old female patient underwent liposuction of neck and jowls with platysmaplasty. 80 cc of supernatant fat was removed from the neck. The left and right jowls were treated with syringe liposuction. 6 cc of fat was removed from the left jowl; 6.5 cc was removed from the right jowl. Platysmaplasty was performed through a submental incision.
