28 year old patient shown before and 3 months after a single session of Natural Breast Augmentation using autologous (her own) fat. Fat was obtained by low-vacuum liposuction of the upper inner and upper outer thighs. The right breast was augmented with 200 cc of purified, centrifuged fat. The left breast was augmented with 169 cc of purified, centrifuged fat.
