57-year-old patient underwent liposuction of the neck and jowls and platysmaplasty. 26 cc of fat was aspirated from the neck; 3.5 cc was aspirated from each jowl. The patient is shown before and 4.5 months after the procedure. The mole on the right cheek was removed by shave excision and erbium laser resurfacing.
