74-year-old female patient underwent Express-Lift facelift and liposuction of the neck and jowls. The skin incision was extended into the area behind the ear to accommodate removal of extra skin from the neck. 60 cc of fat was aspirated from the neck. 6 cc of fat was removed from the left jowl; 6.55 cc was removed from the right jowl.
