61 year old patient shown before and 2 months after laser blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids. The transconjunctival approach was used. The patient had previously (10 years prior) undergone upper and lower blepharoplasty at another facility and was unhappy with residual puffiness in the lower eyelids.
