What is Jeuveau?
Jeuveau is a brand new injectable that was recently approved by the FDA in February 2019. Because it’s similar to Botox, Jeuveau has been nicknamed “NewTox.” Jeuveau is the first botulinum toxin formulated solely for aesthetic use. You can use it to control, prevent, and temporarily improve moderate-to-severe frown lines and wrinkles that result from facial muscle activity.
Candidates for Jeuveau
You may be a good candidate for Jeuveau if you’d like to prevent and temporarily improve the appearance of moderate-to-severe wrinkles. This “NewTox” is an especially great option if you’re bothered by forehead lines, crow’s feet wrinkles, and vertical creases between your eyebrows. We do not recommend Jeuveau if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have facial lines that exist independently of muscle contraction or are living with a serious illness or neuromuscular condition.
